- Completed 2006 Ontario Building Code Part-9 House Fire & Safety
- Completed 2006 Ontario Building Code Part-9 House Building Envelope
- Certified member of I-NACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors)
- Member of NFCI (National Foundation of Certified Inspectors)
- Infrared Certified
